Friday night movies at Waikoloa Beach
Every Friday night at Queens Marketplace they have a movie on the lawn area outside in the Center of the Marketplace.
Tonight "Australia" staring Nicole Kidman and High Jackman.
Movie is free. $1 popcorn.
Great being outside in 78 degree weather.
We made it to Capt Cooks
Once the Hawaiians found out Capt Cook was not a God. They killed him right here!
Thanks to our friends Ed Roseboom and Donna Weber for turning us on to this spot.
Gonna grab a ride back on snorkel boat rather than hike up the hill. NOT!
Captain Cooks
Almost there! Walking thru lava flow!
Start of Trail to Capt Cook Monument
Laura and I starting our hike down to Capt Cook monument. Maybe 1000 feet down to Pacific. Can’t wait for the hike back.
Hali’I Kai Big Island
Just got done working out in the open air gym overlooking the Pacific. This is view from my lounge chair at the Ocean Club.
Aloha!
Santa Cruz Avenue Menlo Park
Here is a picture of Santa Cruz Avenue the main street in downtown Menlo Park. Dreager’s Market, Carpaccios, Left Bank and Cafe Vida are all within walking distance. The British Bankers Club a long time Menlo Park institution is located at El Camino and Santa Cruz right next to Cafe Berrone and Kepler’s Book Store.

Habitat for Humanity
I have had the pleasure of representing Habitat for Humanity on their foreclosure purchase program.
1338 Hollyburne is the 3rd home Habitat has purchased in the Belle Haven area of Menlo Park this year. Habitat purchases foreclosure homes, selects a deserving family who provides labor during the rehab period and then when rehab is complete, Habitat sells the home to the family with a ZERO interest rate mortgage.
Have a good weekend!

Life is sometime stranger than fiction – Use a whip to sell real estate
Tom Royce of the Real Estate Bloggers recently wrote a post about a mortgage fraud and straw buyer scheme that was just busted back in New York. One of the masterminds of the ring was an ex? maybe still practicing? Dominatrix named Carrie – check it out.
Maybe all us real estate agents should get a whip and encourage our buyers to get off the fence and BUY.
I think it would be hard to say NO to Carrie! What about you?
