Earlier this month, I wrote about 2 new listings in west Menlo Park - the Mini and the Hummer.

The Mini located at 880 Partridge sold with 2 offers after being on the market 2 weeks.

It took 2 weeks to sell the property because the seller set an offer date 2 weeks after the list date!

The MINI:

 895 Partridge Ave., Menlo Park was priced at $895,000 and is located in a desirable west menlo neighborhood named Allied Arts. Allied Arts has many homes originally built in the 30s on narrow deep lots. Allied Arts is home to the Allied Arts Guild and is close to both downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto.
